Your brand, our production

Original Equipment Manufacturer supply means we produce a catalog part, or an agreed equivalent, and pack it under your identity. The product construction follows an approved sample.

ODM

Specification developed with you

Original Design Manufacturer work adjusts materials, dimensions, or performance for your market. We propose a build, you approve a sample, then we produce to that locked specification.

  • Friction compound, filter media, or hose length changes
  • Fitment for regional vehicle populations
  • Climate-oriented ratings, such as thermostat opening temperature
  • Drawing or sample-based development with a signed approval

What can be customized

PackagingColor box, brown carton, poly bag, barcode, multilingual label, pallet mark.
IdentityYour brand name and part number. We do not apply third-party automotive trademarks.
BrakeCompound (ceramic or semi-metallic), shim kit, wear sensor inclusion, axle position.
FiltersMedia grade, carbon layer, end-cap color, private-label printing.
SuspensionDamping valving within the existing design, boot and bump-stop options, branded carton.
ElectricalBulk vs retail pack, voltage and pin configuration already in the catalog family.
CoolingCore size within tooling, thermostat temperature, hose ID, cap pressure rating.

How a custom order proceeds

  1. Brief. Send target vehicles, annual volume, brand guidelines, and whether you need OEM packing only or an ODM change.
  2. Proposal. We reply with a feasible specification, MOQ, tooling or plate cost if any, unit price, and lead time.
  3. Sample. You approve a physical sample or a signed drawing. Production does not start on an open-ended description.
  4. Artwork. Labels and cartons are proofed. One revision is included; further changes are quoted.
  5. Production. Deposit received, batch produced, in-house QC, then shipment under the agreed Incoterm.

Commercial rules for payment, inspection, and claims are the same as our trade policies, unless the proforma states a project-specific exception.

MOQ and timing

Private label, existing SKUUsually 1.5–2× the catalog MOQ, because cartons are printed to order. Lead time adds 7–15 days for artwork and print.
ODM modificationQuoted per project. Expect a higher MOQ and 20–45 days after sample approval when tooling or compound changes are required.
Tooling and platesPrinting plates are often absorbed on repeat orders. New molds or dedicated tooling are invoiced separately and remain available for your repeat orders.

What we will not do

  • Reproduce another company’s trademark, logo, or packaging.
  • Mark goods with a false brand, false origin, or a certification the batch does not hold.
  • Accept an ODM change that cannot be inspected against a written specification.
